Everything was fine... although DHL charged me extra for their service (not customs), but the kit arrived quickly and the price was reasonable. The AK-B01 Battery Holder is hard at first, but it has a trick and it works. The order arrived well.

Easy and fast to open and navigate.

I would like to return the item i received.



From the beginning, your listing was misleading – the image and price suggested it was a complete video/photo reflector, but in reality, it was only a part (the reflector mount). The product is completely useless to me, as i do not own that specific reflector model.



As soon as i realized the misleading listing, i tried to cancel the order and messaged you right away. Unfortunately, you refused to cancel the shipment and sent the item anyway, despite our communication.



This kind of sales tactic is deceptive and not acceptable. I would like to return the item and receive a full refund – without any cost to me.



Please advise me on how to return it.
