Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return unopened items for any reason. Items must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
